The overwhelming majority of awards are made to individuals.

Your Organisation must be based in Scotland and the purpose of the application must be to benefit Scottish people. There are two categories of awards:

1. The promotion amongst the youth of Scotland of a love of nature and Scottish Scenery.

2. The promotion of drama, opera and similar works.

Only Organisations which are SCOTTISH and CHARITABLE are eligible for an award to be made (on a very restrictive basis)
